During the Like A Yoga Boss Online Instensive we will eliminate the obstacles of fighting through traffic to get to a studio, and missing out on your practice while traveling. You will have live, interactive access to Dafina and online from any internet connected device you choose! This is live 2-way communication, she can see you and you can see her. Your wellness practices should be as mobile as you are.
WEEKLY ONLINE YOGA SESSIONS
Participate in 3- 30 minute yoga sessions a week. Dafina is RYT-500hr certified yoga instructor with a personal teaching philosophy focused on alignment and safety in the poses, meditation and breathwork. We will work our way up from the basics to more higher level poses.
WEEKLY LIVE 1-ON-1 ONLINE COACHING
For those of you that are in need of more 1-ON-1 accountability, you will get a TON of value from the live coaching session each week! This is where you personally work with Dafina on getting the most out of yoga poses, focused meditation and mindfulness exercises to increase your health. This is a private yoga session with you and Dafina each week, only available to VIP enrollees.
WORKBOOK & ACTION GUIDE
You will use these PDF guides during the training modules and they will walk you step-by-step through the processes that will help you transform your stress to succcess, reset your mindset, and make time for yourself. Each guide contains relevant resources and a specific homework assignment to ensure you make progress every single week!
VIDEO & CALL RECORDINGS
You will also get the recordings of all the group yoga sessions and coaching calls so even if you can't make all the live calls, you won't miss a thing!
